Literally spotted.
I've been itching all week. Small little insects which gives me memories of having to wait for durians up in the mountains during the fruit season. The only thing is, there's no rotting fruit present in any sight. It's not mosquitoes. These insects look like fruit flies. Those kind swarming around rotting fruits in the jungle. It's so tiny and annoying. Not just my neck, my whole body is spotted. I didn't know how terrible it was on my neck. Before I went for my exam, I was about to tie my hair when I saw somewhat rashes look alike all over my neck.
And why doesn't this picture do any justice. It's almost like little growing boils.
Okay anyway today was my last day of exams *clap clap~*
And today thank God allowance is in. I woke up early to clear all my debts and settled my saving before splurging it all starting tomorrow on my trips. I'll be away starting tomorrow.
Another story.
It's been quite a while since I've been so annoyed with my weeding eyebrows. It's like the Sahara desert. Almost bare with randomly scattered plants. When I just finished school, I often follow my colleague to the Bridal Beautician down the road for her to get her eyes brows shaped almost every week. I remembered the beautician saying
Aiyo moi, lu punya bulu kening lu tidak mau cukur ka.
And I gave her the wtf look.
I was young, naive, blind beauty wise and didn't see the need of shaping my eyebrows. Here I am 5 years down the road, regretting that advice. Many times I've tried shaping it, but I'm not daring enough to do so. The last time I really had it shaped was when I was home for summer and I followed my mum to the beauty workshop. Again the beautician gave me a funny look trying to figurs out my eyebrows. Hahahaa..
So out of all the days, I went to buy an eyebrow shaping kit today, watched tons of youtube tutorial videos and finally had the courage to do mine.
And I know the first person who is going to send me an sms on this will be my sister. She used to say that I look like a drag queen when i shape my brows. Actually that's the reason why I don't want to shape mine. Mentang-mentang kau pun kacak~~
Kesian me.

Want.vs.Need. Hunger.Level
Being hungry isn't the right time to look at delicious food on the net. Presently, I'm soo hungry but I don't have the mood to eat. What more to think of what to cook. Than I always feel lonely having to eat alone. The joy of being a student oversea I can say. Away from the luxuries of hometown food stalls and home cooked meals.
Regularly eating McDs would probably one day cause me cancer. I haven't had fast food since the last 2 months I think. Part of it is because I really want to loose weight, another reason, cash overflow is killing me. I would have pictured KFC in my mind. On the other hand, my purse is dried. Talking about money, my monthly allowance is not in!! Bad sign, I'll be on my holidays without extra cash.
My summer favourite : McD Shrimp Lemon. Juicy shrimp patty. Mmm...
Next solution to my hunger of having to eat because I have to, it'll be either Maggi mee or rice with sardine and fried egg. Many students out there would know how that feels like. Feel the love there.
To those students at home
So be grateful that you don't have to cook or even think of what to cook, again to think of what you have left in the fridge that will be possible to make a meal out of.

Future.Diary
I tried this today
I don't think I will look exactly that way. *denial* but possibly I will. In 20 years time, I would be at the age of 42. Thinking again : How much my pay check is? Where would I live? How many children would I come home to? Who is that future somebody?
When my mum was at the age of 42, she was still busy having to wake up and send us to school, fetch us, send for tuition, buy groceries, wash clothes at midnight, cook, cater to her mum and lots of other stuff. Imagine the nags. She had me at 27.
My mum always says to have children early, well not too early so that by the time we are 50, our children will already be out to work earning their own living and responsibilities will be lighter for us. Not forgetting that is when menopause kicks in. With all the nightly emotional tears and this don't always go according to plan. Your kids will be calling you a nightmare.
Than I was sitting in the toilet a few minutes back thinking. You know how much we think so much about the future that we forget to live in the present. A few days a go, an acquaintance from the school opposite passed away in an accident. Some said it was a car accident or a self accident. I don't really know the details. JB used to be very popular during my primary school days. Now it was all a fond memory. Life is really fast. I don't know how many times I've said that.
I bet he has lots of things planned for his future. A certain education plan, work plan, family plan. But God took his life first before any of his plans could happen. Gods plan is always bigger than our plans. Living life to its fullest may be one of lifes famous quotes. But how do we actually really live that? Life is complicated as it is. Living it to the fullest? I have no idea how to do that. Maybe it's like having few enemies and lots of people you can share love with. I think. Go out and take risks I guess? It's very abstract.
Now I would even try to push away what would happen in the next few months letting it to be Gods decision. Truth is, I don't want to know what would happen. I may be afraid otherwise discouraged or fall into depression. I don't know. I may even be happy or glad jump up the roof even. How I would react towards it would always be the best. Does it make you stronger? weaker? make others happy in any way?
The future is always hard to tell. Maybe consult a fortune teller or a gypsy. I don't even think they know their own future. As for me, I don't believe in all that. I believe in the Lord and He has plans for me even before I was born. So I'll ask Him instead.

MIA : Burgers.Anyone?
Still in the exam period. My next paper will be on Tuesday than wall!! I'm done with this semester. Than Summer Holidays will be here and I'll be free for two months. With most of my friends flying back home by the end of next week, this year i opt not to be home but instead to do useful things here.
Home will always be there but it's not like I have the opportunity to stay overseas for the rest of my life or even travel here when I earn my own money in the near future. So why not stay back right?
Stay back and embrace the super dry weather that beats the Malaysian heat wave. Is it really that hot there? I've never compared anywhere else hotter than home but this has been written in the history books. Heat waves in Europe has recently memberontak and shot a high degree of 40°c in the last few weeks. Even the ICE air-conditioning failed at this temperature causing many people to faint in the trains. ICE aka. Speed Trains do not have windows where you can open. It made headlines in major papers.
Just as Chinas main rivers are crying non stop causing the place to flood, we rarely have rain. Just recently having thunderstorms at night. It makes me feel at home and makes the day time better to live in. Planet has got some real issues going on. Who are we blaming? CNN shows that everyone is miserable in every part of the world.
Forget the weather, fans are sold out everywhere and I'm a victim of no-fan-in-my-room. Those times where we went to Jusco to buy a Panasonic Fan is now a fond memory. Can even test the fans to see which one is stronger. hahaha..
Well for now, I have some recipes I would like to try out during my break. Last weekend, we made burgers. As in homemade buns and homemade beef burger patties. Much less oily than those from the boxes back home. Than again, I still think Ramlys Street Burger kiss ass. My ass for that matter.
My version of a healthier burger. With no abang burger peeing at the side of the stall and handling my meal. My Grandma used to say that. =D
Next, I would try making kaya buns. Which would hopefully be successful. I'm even thinking of buying a 2nd hand bread maker but I wouldn't know how to maximize it's use.
Than again, I'll have my travel venture first after my paper.
Toodles!

Munich : With.Alau.and.Alicia
End of last month, Alau came on her duty trip. I don't really know what terms they have in calling it but she stayed over in Munich during her flights to Manchester. Since it was her first time landing here, close by my place, I took the opportunity to bring her around. Places I've never been to in Munich tho I've been there hundreds of times.
The reason I've never been to these places is that one day I'm sure gonna bring a visitor there. I'm so right. If I've been there before, I'll be bored looking at the same thing again.
I stayed a few nights in her hotel room and we roamed like our legs we made out of titanium. Me, Alau and Alicia, Alau's friend.
An evening roaming around Marien Platz. The one place people always go to during a stay in München. I've recognize almost every street corner here.
She's a fan of Paulaner alright.
Allianz Arena : Home to FC Bayern München
During the 2006 WC it was known as FIFA World Cup Stadium Munich. It's one of the best Stadiums in Germany, with Allianz having the rights to name the stadium after it self due to much percentage of the stadium paid by the company.
This air bubble like stadium illuminates three colors at night changing consequently every hour from red blue and white.
Say hello to Basti. After all the World Cup fever. The German team won't be seen with one eye again (dipandang sebelah mata). Youngest group of footballers this year. They may be young, but definitely no noob.
World Cup Season 2010, we were here.
BMW Museum
Kids know BMW even if they haven't finished ABC, and when people say Bavaria, it sure comes to BMW Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, the best motoring industry in the world most of us can say. Though it still kills knowing which motor is before which clutch and differentiating models with a strict Professor who says Ruhe! (silence) more than anyone else.
Original from Bond 007 The World Is Not Enough
Maybe I can be the next Bond Girl.

Are.You? Travelling.Paris
This has been in my draft since my visit to Paris. So now I'm sharing this backdated post.
A few tips I've gained while traveling in Paris.
I'm here to share it with you.
I came by flight and arrived at the Charles de Gaulle airport. I had most of my plan out right. The airport is quite big so it depeds on which terminal you arrive at. If you are taking the train to Paris central, the stations are at terminal 2E/F. I read this before my arrival at CDG Airport.
Train tickets to Paris Central can be bought at machines or at the counter. Most of the machines only take coins or credit cards. All the best waiting in line at the counters. Tickets are around 8€.
Getting lost at Paris Central : Gare du Nord station.
Somewhat like KL Sentral, Gare du Nord is a very big place catering to almost every train service in France itself and Europe. I arrived at the Gare du Nord station taking the wrong exit, thus walking to another station which is La Chapelle. One side exits at Gare du Nord and the other side exits at La Cahpelle (Metro Line 2).
Day pass : Immobiles
Most of the ticket counter workers do not speak English except for the one at Gare du Nord. Day pass are according to zones and prices are different.
Block Ticket : 10 one way tickets.
If i'm not mistaken, it's about 11€ per block. Block tickets are generally 10 one way tickets. It's cheaper to use because you rarely go on trains rides since everything is mostly a stone throw away.
Going to Disneyland : 5 Zone Immobiles
Cheap if you're planning on a day trip. How ever a one way ticket is also available.
Problems with Train tickets : getting stuck at barriers
I don't know what magnetic strips have got to do with my body but it seems like all the tickets I use don't get pass the barriers. I've seen other with the same problem. They'll be a few Parisians who will help you through this. By allowing you to use their train pass or by jamming the door for you. Bless the soul who helped me through at the airport before I missed my flight.
Going Around Paris : Famous places
Free Tour. There is a free tour which meet in front of St. Michel. Their brochures are almost everywhere.
On your own. Take a long walk by the Seine River and you'll be able to experience Paris. Most of its famous sights are not far away from the river or by the river.
For Safety :
I've heard so many cases of pick pockets in Paris. Even people who confront you to have a chat and pukau you to get to your wallet. Avoid carrying around handbags that stand out saying Hey I've got money and keep your belongings safe with you.
Hope this helps people who are traveling to Paris soon. Enjoy.

MIA : Force.Study.Mode
Different time zones comes to different seasons at different times and that all effects the different semester calenders in different countries. While I watch most of my friends having holidays, I'm in my dept of scribbled papers and a messy room. Differences makes things more interesting I guess..
It's exam season here and mine starts next week. In three weeks, it will all be over with the hope that all will end well. Than, it will be the start of my two month summer break. It seems like it was just yesterday that I went back home for the summer hols.
This year, I'll be grooving my summer here. Still in the process of looking for a summer job. Have submitted a few but no answers lately. Well, maybe two months of traveling might not sound bad, but my bank account will be screaming at me.
So let's talk about Paul the octopus. I'm tired of looking at numbers. Paul the octopus predicted the win of Spain tonight. We'll see about that. Every time I see Paul on TV, I'll be craving for sotong masak sambal.. *nyum nyumm* how delicious are you Paul?
Predictions are always a gamble for the future. No one knows how true it is right? It's just the same as seeking a fortune teller. In the end, a big percentage will eventually loose money.
Talking about Paul makes me hungry. Can anyone suggest me a long found menu for my dinner? =D~
