Puff coated curry = Curry puffs

I always find it funny how people name things. Like a curry puff or karipap for exmaple. (Is it spelled as so?) Pap the curry. But when the filling is not consisting of the curry family, it's still called a karipap ex: karipap sardin. I was wondering what it was. Is it kari sardin of just the tomato sauce sardin which is red in color. Sometimes I wonder too much. Anyway, I still love curry puffs.

We miss eating currypuff. So the only thing w could do was to make it. I'm not much of a flour based delicacy person, which means I do not know how to make anything puffy or that includes flour other than making a cake. But we do have our own Flour based specialist. Jon Doel Madden.

My duty was just to make the curry filling.
