2008 went well for most of us. Still ringing in my head was Pastors message for the year 2008. His question was "What is one word you would like your year 2008 to be?". For me it was MIRACLE. And that was what God gave me. Through trails and lots of errors, times i thought i would fall so low down the valley of death, it IS a MIRACLE that im still here. growing stronger instead. As time ticks ending 2008, all i can do is thank God for it because it will be one of the best years that God showed himself to me in every way i stepped. If its not for Him, firstly, i wont be in Europe. I would still be blaming my weak life for all ive failed. But you know what? God is real. And he answers each and every one of your prayers.
Learned lots of things, fell in and out of love, got hurt, hurt someone, forgive, repent, cried my hearts out, changed phones lots of times, lots my ic, lost my purse, went overseas, sold beancurd pudding, missed a flight, drove when i could hardly hear anything, changes room, changed living venues, played with hyraulics and pneumatics, smiled and blushed much, having the best in life... and much much more! thank you 2008!!
So here goes 2009. Another word i want to commit for this year is Excellence. If i cant do things, i know God will be there for me. Midnight was like any other normal midnight for me. A few students played fireworks ourside my window, threw firecrackers on my window which shocked me almost to death. They're legal here. Fireworks and crackers i mean. And seriously, they played it dangerously. i locked myself in my room, too afraid to go out since everyones drunk. and the temperature hits -8degrees. i watched the fireworks from my kitchen alone, talked on the phone, Skyped. well thats much for my new years celebration.
