Greece : Gods of Greece

Greek Gods : Who is who.

As most of us have watched Hercules (thanks to Ryan Gosling in my case), he was not so famous in Greece compare to the other Gods. Hercules was merely a God. He was an illegitimate child of Zeus.

Here we have the top three brothers of Kronos and Rhea.
Poseidon - God of the sea, rivers, floods, droughts, earthquakes and horses; known as the "Earth Shaker" or "Storm Bringer"
Hades - King of the Underworld and god of death, the dead, and the hidden wealth of the Earth.
Zeus - The king of the gods, the ruler of Mount Olympus and the god of the sky, weather, thunder, law, order and fate

Than we have the twins of Zeus and Letto
Apollo - God of music, healing, plague, prophecies, poetry, and archery; associated with light, truth and the sun.
Artemis - Virgin goddess of the hunt, wilderness, wild animals, childbirth and plague

Born from Zeus' head, his child with Metis
Athena - Virgin goddess of wisdom, warfare, strategy, heroic endeavour, handicrafts and reason.

The one to have all men
Aphrodite - Goddess of love, lust, beauty, seduction and pleasure. She's the mother to Eros, our all time known Cupid.

Even the Gods have their issues. By far, these were the most common that I knew of in Athens.
